The MSU Players 2008 Spring Musical was "Anything Goes", a Cole Porter musical.
The show dates were April 11th, 12th and 13th and the school would like to thank the cast, crew and especially directorial team for putting together such an upbeat performance. The dances were spectacular and the cast chemistry was contagious!

General Information
At Mount St. Ursula, there is a long history of performing dramas and musicals. In the past 25 years, the focus of the MSU players has mainly been Musical Theater, which is highlighted each year by our Spring Musical. Recent productions include: "Annie", "Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella", "Crazy for You", "Bye Bye Birdie" and the beloved classic, "The Sound Of Music".
Auditions usually take place in early December. Each actress/actor must present a song, and are given a reading to perform. Our Choreographer teaches a dance routine to the performers in groups. Those who have good auditions all around are invited to "callbacks", which are the auditions that the directors use to cast each part in the show. MSU's musicals usually take place in late March or early April. Young men from neighboring Catholic boy's high schools are invited to audition as well, and have become an integral part of our shows!
