AMSU students learn CPR

IMG_5294The New York State Board of Regents recently mandated that all high school students be taught CPR prior to graduating. This includes hands only instruction in CPR, as well as training in the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). On Friday, March 11, 2016, Amanda Bachmann, Assistant Athletic Director/Athletic Trainer at the Ursuline School in New Rochelle visited AMSU to provide the training. The senior class watched a video and practiced CPR on mannequins.
