Tuition and Fees for SY2425

All tuition and fees are billed to the student’s Smart Tuition account

All fees are non-refundable. Any outstanding tuition and fees at withdrawal or dismissal will be calculated and are due on or before the exit interview and release of final transcripts.

Tuition is $10,500 per year payable in 10-month installments.

Freshman will be required to pay the Saver Her Seat fee by February 1. The General Fee is due March 6, and the Technology fee is due May 1. The Blackbaud Tuition Management fee will be applied with the first tuition payment in August.

Sophomore and Junior students will be required to pay all fees totaling $1,250 in July. The Blackbaud Tuition Management fee will be applied with the first tuition payment in August.

Seniors will be required to pay all fees totaling $1,450 in July. The Blackbaud Tuition Management fee will be applied with the first tuition payment in August.

• Additional fees for sports programs, AP exams, and/or other school activities

• Scholarships / Financial Aid once approved will be deducted from your tuition payment plan bill equally over the remaining billing months. Questions regarding this should be directed to the Finance Department.

All families are required to set up automatic electronic debit payment arrangements through Blackbaud Tuition Management. For security and safety reasons, tuition and fee payments of any kind will not be accepted at the school. A late fee of $40 will be assessed for each late payment. Checks and electronic payments that fail (i.e., do not clear the bank) will result in a $30 fee per occurrence.

Delinquencies:

Failure to keep current with the tuition obligation jeopardizes the family’s child(ren)’s placement in school. Families must communicate with the school administration to prevent the enforcement of delinquent tuition procedures.

• Families whose tuition payment is delinquent for 30 days will receive notification from the AMSU Finance Department. Your daughter may not be permitted to attend classes if a parent/guardian does not contact the finance office within one week of receiving notification.

• Failure to address the delinquent tuition payment/s as agreed with the Director of Finance may result in your daughter(s)’ suspension from classes.

• Students and parent(s)/guardian(s) with delinquent tuition payments will not have access to grades and report cards, and financial aid/scholarships provided will be at risk and could be rescinded.

• Students with delinquent tuition payments may not participate in school activities and graduation ceremonies
